You receive the documents regarding repayment /exemption of Temporary Emergency Loan.

If you have received Temporary Emergency Loan (Emergency Small Amount Funds, General Support Funds) by March 2022, you should receive the green envelope as shown in the picture from Hokkaido Social Welfare Council.

That includes documents for exemption or repayment. And need to submit the forms by August 31, 2022.

Both the loanee and the head of the household are tax-exepmt for municipal tax for 2021Tax Fiscal year (Income in Jan.1-Dec.31, 2020) or 2022 tax fiscal year (Income in Jan.1-Dec.31, 2021).
