The Sapporo City Call Center is open during the New Year’s Break and answers questions in four languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean (8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily).

The infected cases of Omicron variant have already been found in Japan. Let us continue the basic measures such as wearing a mask, washing hands, and disinfecting your hands, and refrain from going out or moving around if you are not feeling well during the New Year’s Break.
