From October, the Vietnamese language support hours at the Sapporo Help Desk for Foreign Residents have been changed as follows.
Tuesdays: 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Fridays: 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
At other days and hours, telephone interpretation services are available.
